Our Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website.

If your order has arrived faulty, incomplete or not as described then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time, even if the goods aren’t faulty. We offer refunds to customers who have informed us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. Customers have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve notified us of their request for a refund. We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If you return your order directly to the warehouse without notifying us first, your refund could be deducted of an incurred receiving charge that is passed onto us from our fulfillment partner. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the condition it was sent to you.


Once we receive your item we will check it and let you know that we have received it. Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies. Your refund will be credited within 14 days of our receiving the goods back.

Reimbursement will be for the amount paid by you, including outbound delivery charges (for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us), for the returned item(s).


You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We will cover the reasonable cost of carriage in the instance that the product was delivered to you as faulty or not as described.
