Ferro Plus iron supplements safely and efficiently provide the body with iron. Once in the body iron is stored in the hemoglobin – the part of the red blood cells that carries oxygen from the lungs to the tissues. The correct amount of iron in our body helps fight exhaustion and fatigue and is important for the oxygen transport through our body. People, specifically women and children, who consume a typical western diet often have difficulties in balancing iron supplies in their bodies. Vegetarians, athletes and people with weight problems face similar problems.
Note: Supplementation of one or two B vitamins may cause an imbalance of the other B vitamins (of which there are eleven). Therefore, you may wish to consider taking vitamin B complex®, which contains all the B vitamins, helping to avoid an imbalance.
