Why AO Complex is important for us
The amount and degree of exposure to oxidative stress on our body is an important health parameter. The more oxidative stress your body is exposed to on a daily basis, the higher the incidence of degenerative diseases, as demonstrated by numerous studies.
Highly-developed economic countries will be more exposed to high levels of oxidative stress. Pollution, eating habits (toxic exposure to chemical foods), stress, and radiation are all responsible for the increased amount of free radicals (free radicals causes oxidative stress) we see today. This exposure to free radicals causes an extra load on the body and its systems that it cannot handle.
To halt the oxidative process, you can take antioxidants which donate an electron to the free radical and help stop the destructive process and the many degenerative diseases it can cause. The intake of this potent antioxidant complex (AO complex) is indispensable for optimal health and its maintenance. This is particularly important for smokers, athletes, people who work night-shifts (irregular day-night rhythms), and consumers of alcohol.
