Irregular Periods

During the perimenopause the most common cause of irregular periods is a hormonal imbalance, caused by decreasing oestrogens and progesterone levels. You may then get periods that arrive earlier or later than expected. You may get lighter or heavier bleeding than usual and your periods may be brief or never ending. Spotting (bleeding in between periods) and missed periods are a clear sign or symptom of a hormonal imbalance.

It doesn’t have to be like this; restore your body and obtain ‘body balance’ and optimal health!
